During a meeting of representatives from the E-RIHS.pl DIGILAB Workspace project consortium, a key milestone in the construction of a modern digital platform dedicated to cultural heritage research in Poland was summarized.
This initiative, carried out under the FENG program (European Funds for a Modern Economy), proves that advanced information management and digital documentation are the future of Polish science. The project enables a quantum leap in the innovation of Polish research into the past by combining cutting-edge ICT technologies, supercomputers, and the unique knowledge of an interdisciplinary team comprising computer scientists, chemists, physicists, and art historians.
The project leader is the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center (PCSS), which coordinates the work on building this unique ecosystem. During the consortium meeting, key project roadmaps were presented by PCSS experts:

The E-RIHS.pl DIGILAB Workspace project is a perfect example of synergy between leading Polish academic and research centers. Led by PCSS, the consortium includes: Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Jagiellonian University in Kraków, the Jerzy Haber Institute of Catalysis and Surface Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, AGH University of Krakow, and the University of Wrocław.
The event also provided an excellent opportunity for an intensive exchange of thoughts, experiences, and views among the project partners.
