Description: Near the building entrance (from Berdychowo Street) there is one parking space for people with disabilities (in the so-called “heated garage”). It is also possible for a person with disabilities to use a guest parking space, subject to prior reservation through the PCSS reception desk (tel. +48 61-858-2002). People accompanied by an assistance dog are allowed to enter the building and all its rooms. The reception desk is located directly opposite the main entrance. The building is divided into a public zone and a non-public zone with access control, requiring assistance from a PCSS employee. Further access to the two upper floors is secured by gates that cannot be passed by a person in a wheelchair; in such cases, the elevator should be used. The building is not equipped with induction loops. Assistance for persons with disabilities is provided by the receptionist. There is no information in Braille.

Entrance to the building from Jana Pawła II Street:
- Has stairs with a handrail on one side.
- Has a ramp for persons with disabilities with handrails on both sides.
- Has automatically operated doors.
Entrance to the building from Berdychowo Street:
- Has stairs with handrails on both sides.
- No ramp for persons with disabilities.
- A person with disabilities may enter through the garage, after the automatic gate is opened by a PCSS employee, and then use the elevator to reach the PCSS reception desk.
Inside the building:
- All floors have stairs equipped with handrails on one or both sides.
- Toilets adapted for persons with disabilities are located on each floor.
- Elevators provide access to all floors, including the underground parking; they have voice announcements but no Braille markings.
PSNC FutureLabs Building

Description: Near the building entrance (at the back of the building) there is one parking space for persons with disabilities (marking in progress). It is also possible for a person with disabilities to use a guest parking space, subject to prior reservation through the PSNC FutureLabs reception/concierge desk (tel. +48 61 858 5190). People accompanied by an assistance dog are allowed to enter the building and all its rooms. The reception/concierge desk is located to the right of the main entrance (from Zwierzyniecka Street). Further access to the three upper floors and the basement is possible by elevator. Access from the 3rd to the 4th floor is provided via a platform lift for persons with disabilities (located near the staircase). The building is not equipped with induction loops. Assistance for persons with disabilities is provided by the concierge or a PCSS employee. There is no information in Braille.

Entrance to the building from the inner parking area:
- Has external stairs with handrails on both sides, and internal stairs without handrails.
- The building can also be accessed from the external parking area via an elevator serving all floors, including the basement.

- A toilet adapted for persons with disabilities is located on the ground floor.
- There is an elevator providing access to all floors of the building, including the basement; it has voice announcements but no Braille markings.
