A new service providing access to artificial intelligence (AI) models via an API interface has been launched at PCSS. The service is designed to support scientific research, academic projects, and educational activities by offering Polish researchers and students advanced tools built on the secure PCSS HPC infrastructure.
The API service is dedicated to the academic and research community. Students receive a specific pool of tokens that is automatically renewed each semester and can be used for experiments, coursework projects, and research work involving AI models. For researchers, access is provided under rules similar to computing grants and is available in two types. A test grant is automatically granted upon application, allowing users to familiarize themselves with the API and test solutions on a small scale. A full grant requires submission of an application with a research justification. After the project is completed, we kindly ask users to submit a list of publications resulting from the use of this service.
Currently, a wide range of advanced models is available, including: DeepSeek-V3.1-vLLM, codellama:70b, Qwen3-Embedding-0.6B, llama3.3:70b, qwen3-coder:30b, bielik_11b, bielik_4.5b, Nanonets-OCR-s, and gpt-oss_120b.
Since the models are hosted on the PCSS HPC infrastructure, full data security is guaranteed. This eliminates the need to share information with any external providers and ensures an environment that meets the requirements of research and academic projects.

From Lost Worlds to Open Data: 3DBigDataSpace Data Synergy Grant Winners

As PSNC is a partner of 3DBigDataSpace, our Center is very happy to share two exceptional undertakings that have been selected as winners of the project’s Data Synergy Call. Both of them are outstanding examples of striving for excellence in reconstructing lost heritage and so, they will receive support in preparing 3D assets and metadata in order to enrich Europe’s digital 3D cultural landscape. These two projects will be integrated into the Common European Data Space for Cultural Heritage — a key initiative aimed at increasing the accessibility, interoperability, and reusability of Europe’s digital heritage.
