Summer innovation review
Ladies and Gentlemen, dear readers!
We are delighted to present You with a special edition of this newsletter, one that is more extensive than usual. That is because we have gathered a summary of events, projects, and news from the past incredibly busy months (June and July) into this issue.
Last weeks have been marked by a strong presence of PCSS on the global and European stage. We showcased our key achievements in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and cybersecurity at the prestigious TNC26 conference in Helsinki. At the ISC High Performance 2026 in Hamburg, we engaged with partners from around the world regarding our advanced HPC services and the KMD4EOSC project.
But that is just a fraction of what we have prepared. In this issue, You will also find reports on the appointment of our expert to the European Quantum Technologies Advisory Group (QTAG), the launch of the international AI.grids project (aimed at the digitalization of the energy sector), and the start of the groundbreaking EOSC-ARENA initiative, which PCSS coordinates.
From quantum technologies and artificial intelligence, through the digitalization of agriculture and cultural heritage preservation, to an open-air film screening, this issue is a true compendium of knowledge on how we are driving the digital future of science and the economy.
Happy reading!
