Open Call of the 3D-4CH project

Open Call of the 3D-4CH project

The Time Machine Organization (TMO) is launching the “Training Synergy Call,” offering six micro-grants of €5,000 each for in-person training workshops. The aim of the call is to enhance 3D-related skills within the cultural sector, in alignment with the 3D-4CH project curriculum. Applications may be submitted until October 15, 2026.

Eligible applicants include European organizations with expertise in 3D digitization: such as GLAM institutions (galleries, libraries, archives, museums), local government bodies, universities, research institutes, and private enterprises. Proposals should focus on designing and delivering in-person training solutions, though a hybrid format for the theoretical component is permissible. Selected beneficiaries will be invited to conduct their events between January and October 2027.

Proposed workshops must align with the thematic scope of the 3D-4CH training framework, covering the entire lifecycle of 3D assets: from management and legal considerations to digitization and data utilization. Applicants have flexibility regarding the format and duration of the sessions and are encouraged to integrate them into existing events, such as conferences or summer schools. A key requirement of the application is the preparation of educational materials and the provision of theoretical content to enrich the 3D-4CH Competence Centre’s online knowledge base.
