PCSS and the PIONIER Consortium at SC25

Poznańskie Centrum Superkomputerowo-Sieciowe (PCSS), together with the PIONIER Consortium, is participating in the world’s premier HPC event – the Supercomputing Conference (SC25) in St. Louis. At the joint booth No. 2918, key projects in the fields of artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and data management are being presented, highlighting the leading role of Polish institutions in advancing the global digital infrastructure.

The Supercomputing (SC25) conference is the foremost global platform for knowledge exchange and the presentation of innovation among leaders in the field of High-Performance Computing (HPC). The joint participation of PCSS and the PIONIER Consortium at their booth provides an excellent opportunity to showcase Polish scientific and technological achievements.

SC25 attendees can learn more about the following initiatives:

  • PIAST-AI and PIAST-Q: Comprehensive projects representing Poland’s response to the growing demand for advanced artificial intelligence (AI) tools and quantum technologies. These projects aim to provide researchers and entrepreneurs with cutting-edge computing and application environments.

  • PIONIER Q: An initiative focused on the strategic development and construction of Poland’s quantum infrastructure as part of the PIONIER Network, which is vital for the future of communications and data security.

  • KMD4EOSC: A project centered on supporting the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) with efficient management of climate and Earth observation data, facilitating access to essential scientific resources.

The presence of PCSS and PIONIER at SC25 is a clear demonstration of the active contribution of Polish research institutions to shaping the future of global computational and research technologies.
