PCSS representatives in the Collegium Da Vinci Employers’ Council

The Employers’ Council of Collegium Da Vinci in Poznań is an advisory body of the university, comprising business representatives, which helps align educational programs with current labor market demands. The university emphasizes collaboration with practitioners to ensure a high employment rate. Urszula Grygier-Soboń, Deputy Plenipotentiary of the ICHB PAS Director for PCSS matters, and Dr. Magdalena Baranowska-Szczepańska from the Cooperation and External Relations Department, have been appointed to the Council.

Your experience and commitment represent a significant contribution to the development of our cooperation, said Dr. hab. Marek Zieliński, Prof. CDV, Rector of Collegium Da Vinci, during the inauguration of the Employers’ Council.

The Council includes, among others, economists, lawyers, and entrepreneurs. Its tasks will include opining on study programs, initiating cooperation with the labor market, and supporting the development of students’ practical competencies. CDV is one of the oldest non-public higher education institutions in Poznań, which is intensively developing programs that meet contemporary employer expectations.

We educate talented professionals in the creative business sector, combining modern technologies, advanced work methods, and a multidisciplinary approach, added Rector.

Since 2025 PCSS has been implementing a cooperation agreement with CDV, which systematically strengthens ties between the academic environment and the advanced technology sector.
