Polish Living Lab Summit at PCSS

Organized at the PCSS headquarters on 9 April 2026, the Polish Living Lab Summit served as an important forum for exchanging experiences, confirming the key role of co-creation in implementing modern solutions. The event brought together a broad group of experts, partners, and practitioners, creating a space for substantive dialogue on the future of social and technological innovation in Poland.

During the meeting, special attention was given to the current role of Living Lab laboratories and the analysis of good practices that support the building of innovation ecosystems. The event program enabled in-depth panel discussions, which, according to participants, provided concrete tools and methodologies useful for addressing today’s economic and social challenges. The presentations and discussion panels made it possible to identify key areas of collaboration between science and business.

The course of the event highlighted the need for further integration of communities working toward the development of open innovation and for systematically expanding the dialogue around the Living Lab model in Poland. The conclusions drawn and the relationships established form a foundation for future projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening Poland’s innovation potential. The event demonstrated that a participatory approach to designing services and products is an essential element of building a modern knowledge-based economy.
