Manufacturing Industry Digital Innovation Hubs
The MIDIH 4.0 project aims to implement the fast, dynamic, cross-border I4MS innovation:
– Technology services (interactive demonstrations, webinars, challenges, hackathons, and prizes) driven by young and dynamic ICT talents meeting virtually in a global one-stop-shop market with senior and experienced manufacturing engineers;
– business services (incubation of ideas, business acceleration, matching of demand and offers and brokerage, access to financing) supporting SMEs, startups, internet entrepreneurs, as well as enterprises in providing innovative products and services, in access to new markets, in obtaining funds;
– Skill-building services (role-playing in the form of games, participatory lessons, and webinars, virtual experiments in physical teaching facilities, vocational courses for current technicians and executives) will help not only SMEs and enterprises to understand, but also fully benefit from, new technologies by providing an operational framework that will stimulate confidence and investment.The MIDIH project is a comprehensive set of activities focused on the innovation of 21 beneficiaries from 12 EU countries, including competence centers, digital innovation centers, CPS / IOT technology providers, and Lighthouse Manufacturing industries. The Two-Stage Call will help achieve a critical mass of cross-border experimentation.
