The ObeTech project focuses on developing key digital and artificial intelligence competences among healthcare professionals involved in obesity prevention and treatment, enabling them to effectively use modern technologies in their everyday professional practice.
As part of the project, a comprehensive digital and AI skills framework tailored to the needs of the healthcare sector will be developed and subsequently translated into a flexible, modular vocational education and training (VET) programme. The programme will focus on the practical application of AI-based tools, wearable devices, and digital health platforms. The project also includes the development of an online educational platform and a micro-credentialing system supporting lifelong learning and enhancing the professional readiness of healthcare workers in the context of the rapidly evolving digital health sector.
The ObeTech project is implemented by an international consortium of five partners from four countries. The consortium includes:
- Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center,
- Medical University of Lodz,
- Trade Union of Serbian Doctors and Pharmacists (Serbia),
- Syllogos Asthenon Ipatos Ellados Promitheas (Greece),
- Circeular Partners Ltd (Malta).
The partnership brings together complementary expertise in healthcare, education and vocational training, digital technologies, and innovation, enabling the development of practical, high-quality educational solutions and effective knowledge transfer among key stakeholders.
