Success of the Researchers’ Night in Poznań

The Researchers’ Night project, in which the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center has been an active participant for many years, was awarded 14 out of 15 points in the European Commission’s Horizon competition. The evaluation of the project highlighted, among other things, a comprehensive and interesting programme, interesting promotional activities, as well as the diversity of scientific fields represented by the consortium partners.

Researchers’ Night is the only one of its kind in Europe. It is a night full of unforgettable experiences that attracts crowds of visitors – young and old – every year. Throughout the night, scientists and specialists in various fields of science prepare demonstrations, workshops and talks to show that science can be fascinating and entertaining at the same time.

The success of the project is mainly due to the cooperation of Poznań’s universities and scientific institutes: Poznan University of Technology, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan University of Economics and Business, Poznan University of Life Sciences, Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry PAS, Institute of Human Genetics PAS, Institute of Molecular Physics PAS and Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center.

As in previous years, we invite you to discover the world of science together. See you on 27 September.
