3D Printing and Prototyping

3D printing and prototyping are key links in the technology transfer process. Facilities at PCSS allow for the rapid verification of design concepts using additive manufacturing methods (including FDM, SLA, and SLS). We create precise functional models, enclosures for IoT systems, and custom mechanical components. By integrating 3D printing with reverse engineering and topology optimization, we shorten the path from idea to finished prototype, supporting innovative R&D projects for both science and industry.
