The First Open Call in the HERIFORGE Project

The First Open Call in the HERIFORGE Project
The HERIFORGE project, also known as the forge of cultural heritage and immersive technologies innovation, has just launched its first open call. As a partner in this project, our Center is pleased to invite and encourage companies, institutions, and individuals who focus on topics related to extended reality to participate and present their solutions.

Participants in the call have a chance to receive up to 50 000 euro in funding, technical mentoring, and support from experienced implementation and creative teams for up to 6 months.

The open call was announced with groundbreaking solutions in mind. The goal is to create innovative software using immersive technologies which are going to support and enhance the preservation of cultural heritage – staying in line with the HERIFORGE idea, implemented by project partners in Poland, Turkey, and Cyprus. Ultimately, 6 proposals will be selected.

Small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, individuals, NGOs, foundations, and associations based in Poland, Cyprus or Turkey can take part in the call. Entities from other EU member states or countries associated with the Horizon Europe program are also welcome, provided they can demonstrate the local reach of the solution being created.

The final deadline for applying is 27 October 2025, at 14:00 CET.
