A key highlight of the program was the presentation by Tomasz Umerle (Digital Libraries and Knowledge Platforms Department at PCSS), who chaired the panel titled Open Science, Research Security and Digital Sovereignty: Reframing Openness in the European Research Area. This session explored one of the most critical challenges of modern science—wisely balancing openness with research security. Special attention was dedicated to the issues of digital sovereignty within the context of the European Research Area’s operations.
The meeting in the capital provided a unique space for a broad exchange of experiences and the establishment of valuable contacts among international experts.
