The MIND Challenge Program Finale

The MIND Challenge Program Finale

The pilot edition of the MIND Challenge incubator program, coordinated by PCSS, has successfully been concluded. During the ceremonial Demo Day held at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, participants presented innovative prototype solutions developed by interdisciplinary teams using the living lab methodology.

The winning team — Mieszanka Studencka — was awarded for their application called “Oczko”. All participating teams demonstrated high levels of creativity, technological feasibility, and practical impact in their prototype solutions. In addition to the grand prize, special distinctions were granted to other outstanding teams for their remarkable solutions.

The MIND Challenge program was launched in November 2025 with the goal of bringing together students from four Poznań universities to collaboratively address real-world challenges proposed by strategic partners. Over five weeks of intensive cooperation, participants worked in interdisciplinary teams, receiving support from experienced mentors and a dedicated co-creation process facilitator. Throughout the program, students gained valuable market-relevant skills while developing innovative project concepts.

The program was organized in collaboration with the following partners:

  • Ministry of Digital Affairs
  • Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań
  • Poznań University of Economics
  • Medical University in Poznań
  • Poznań University of Technology

The awards were sponsored by Terlan S.A., part of the Aquanet Group — a leader in trenchless technologies and an initiator of innovative solutions in the water-infrastructure sector.
