PSNC News, 15.05.2025

The image shows a "Majówka" scene, featuring a decorated swing with colorful flags hanging between trees. A table is set with food and drinks and a grill stands nearby, suggesting an outdoor celebration. The setting appears to be a garden or backyard, creating a festive atmosphere.
May I AI?

Yes, you may! Well, May in Poland starts with a long weekend, but even with all the grilling and chilling, we still think about the AI factories which are going to transform Europe into the AI Continent.

The long May weekend is a perfect opportunity to enjoy nature. We go even further and present Nature – the magazine with a very interesting article on long-distance quantum communications. To fully enjoy the time we have on our hands, we actually need to feel safe and sound – fortunately cybersecurity is also our thing, so I guess there are no worries in that respect. Finally, we can focus our attention on fun and games: a hackathon or an online quantum game perhaps?

May you enjoy the reading!

The image displays a diagram titled "AI Continent" at its center, surrounded by five key elements represented by icons and text: "Computing infrastructure," "Data," "Skills," "Development of algorithms and adoption," and "Simplify rules." These elements are connected to the central hexagon, suggesting they are crucial components of the AI Continent initiative. The European Commission logo is visible in the upper left corner, indicating its involvement. The acronym "PCSS" appears in the upper right, and the words "AI CONTINENT" are prominently featured at the bottom right against a solid blue background.
