The Eye & Tech conference is a platform for presenting the achievements of scientific thought in the field of research on glaucomatous neuropathy, age-related macular degeneration and myopia. Particular emphasis was placed on interdisciplinary cooperation between representatives of the world of ophthalmology and the world of cutting-edge technologies. PSNC was the co-organizer of the second edition of this event.

For three days (September 14-16), the “Future: Soundtrack” workshops organized by the Off Opera festival were held in the art & science space of PSCN Future Labs. The event on anthropology and sound ecology was to make the participants think about how the sounds surrounding humans have changed over the decades and how they affect our everyday life. One of the workshop leaders was Jan Skorupa from the PSNC New Media Department.

AI4Youth project was launched at the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology. It is a pilot educational project implemented by the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center and Software Development Academy for the Ministry on the basis of the Intel’s AI for Youth program.

On September 10-12, the biggest space and robotics event in Europe – the European Rover Challenge – takes place at the Kielce University of Technology. PSNC, as a strategic partner, is responsible for the live TV production of this event.

This year’s Ars Electronica festival takes place from September 8-12, 2021. PSNC will present an 8K streaming presentation from the European Rover Challenge 2021 event in Kielce to Deep Space 8K in Linz.

The 7th edition of the Supercomputing Frontiers Europe 2021 international conference focused on HPC (High Performance Computing) took place on 19 – 23 July 2021. During five days of the conference, participants had the opportunity to listen to presentations and lectures by world-renowned scientists, entrepreneurs and specialists in HPC, AI and quantum computing within 15 thematic blocks.

Today, at the airport in Kąkolewo, Droniada 2021 – a unique event co-organized by PSNC will start. This is already the 8th edition of this event, the central element of which is a technology competition with a prize pool of PLN 50,000, wich will be attended by 10 academic teams from Poland.

As in previous years, the PSNC technical team is organizing this year’s TNC21 – The Networking Conference. The event takes place from June 21-25, 2021, completely online for the first time. The theme of the event is “Making Waves”.

6 sessions, 16 speakers, 22 lectures – we invite you to to this year’s Pediatric Society Symposium, which will be held on 17-19 June in Warsaw, but for the first time in the online format. PSNC is a technology partner of the event.

The kick-off meeting of the project “The use of quantum technologies in the air traffic management of Polish Armed Forces” (QATM) was held on June 15, 2021 at the site of Air Force Institute of Technology. The project is co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development under the competition No.1/ SZAFIR/2020 for the implementation and financing of projects carried out for the national defence and security.

We invite you to the third event organized by the Foundation for the Development of the City of Poznan – Poznan Debates. This hybrid meeting will be held on 10 June 2021. Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center is a technological partner and is responsible for the live broadcast.

This year’s jubilee XXV National Youth Meeting at Lednica will be held online with the technological support of PSNC. On June 5 at 12.00 a live broadcast from the Lednica fields will begin.
