On 5 i 6 June 2025, the EDIH Network Regional Conference – one of the flagship events of the Polish Presidency of the EU Council – took place in Rzeszów. This regional meeting, organized within the network of European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH), aimed to strengthen cooperation among EDIH network members from across Europe through knowledge exchange, sharing best practices, and joint actions. PCSS was represented at the conference by Michał Błaszczak, Head of the Internet of Things Technology Department.
European Digital Innovation Hubs are comprehensive support points that help companies (especially SMEs) and public sector organizations across Europe respond to digital challenges and become more competitive. They provide access to specialized technical expertise, opportunities for experimentation (following the “test before invest” principle), financial advice, training, and skill development necessary for successful digital transformation.
During the EDIH Network Regional Conference, among other topics, the perspective of building cooperation pathways with new members of the European AI Ecosystem was presented, including the Poznań node represented by PCSS, which collectively comprises AgrifoodTEF, EDIH CyberSec, and the Piast AI factory.
The EDIH Network Regional Conference was organized with the support of the Council of the European Union and took place as a side event to this year’s EU Industry Days.
