PSNC Takes Part in the 17th European Economic Congress

The European Economic Congress is considered to be one of the most important business events in Central Europe. This year’s edition takes place in Katowice (Upper Silesia in the southern part of Poland) from 23 to 25 April 2025. “Poland in the Digital Transformation” panel is going to feature Robert Pękal – the Director of our Center.

The 17th edition of EEC features discussions concerning economic and political security, competitiveness of economy, energy, limiting carbon footprint and sustainable production. Participants also raise questions which concern groundbreaking technologies, safe adaptation to the digital world and facing cyber threats.

The Director of PSNC Robert Pękal is taking part in the panel session titled “Poland in the Digital Transformation”. The session will focus on minimizing the effects of technological limitations and strengthening Poland’s position in the world, the impact of digitization on economic development of the country, national security, as well as the role of both artificial intelligence and global companies’ investments into the development of Poland.
