During the Eco Connect Poland 2021 conference, the largest and most important annual conference of Huawei Enterprise Poland, PRACE-LAB received an award in the category of Most Innovative Project of 2021. The project offers advanced computing and data storage services, supporting scientific communities in the country and Europe as well as industrial research in the economy.
The award was presented to Norbert Meyer, PhD – Director of the PSNC Data Processing Technologies Division. In his speech he presented, among others, the development of advanced computing, cloud computing and data services in Poland and Europeoffered by the PRACE-LAB project. As part of the panel, a representative of the Mazovia Region, also presented the effects of international cooperation and Piotr Bilski, Ph.D., from the Warsaw University of Technology, talked about the cooperation between the education sector and enterprises as a source of ICT development.
During the event, prizes were also awarded in the Innovative Implementation 2021 and Integrator 2021 categories.

On 14 March 2024, a new map of test and accelerator areas under the NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) programme was announced. The PSNC AerospaceLab in Kąkolewo is one of dozens of locations already selected in the North Atlantic Alliance for test centres (DIANA Test Centres). A new Polish contribution to the programme is the AGH University of Krakow, which together with the Krakow Technology Park will jointly run a branch of the NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator (Krakow DIANA Accelerator).
