6 sessions, 16 speakers, 22 lectures – we invite you to to this year’s Pediatric Society Symposium, which will be held on 17-19 June in Warsaw, but for the first time in the online format. PSNC is a technology partner of the event.
he theme of the 36th edition of the Symposium is “Child’s health as a challenge for the pediatrician”. The scientific committee has planned a rich scientific program, in which every doctor will find important and practical topics, as well as the latest algorithms and guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of children. The program has been divided into 3 “virtual rooms”: red, green and blue. Lectures and workshops will be broadcasted live, using a dedicated MedVC online platform provided by PSNC, and the transmissions will be carried out simultaneously in 3 TV studios built in Lublin. What is important, participants of the event will have the opportunity to ask questions and join discussions with the presenters.
Also planned are virtual stands of exhibitors, poster session, as well as additional conference rooms where discussions will be held outside the broadcast. The organizers have also provided a moment of relaxation by inviting attendees to a theater performance or a virtual tour of the museum.

The aim of the Consortium is to increase knowledge of the properties and methods of conservation of materials that make up historical objects. Announcement of the new map of NATO Defence Innovation Accelerators under the DIANA programme

On 14 March 2024, a new map of test and accelerator areas under the NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) programme was announced. The PSNC AerospaceLab in Kąkolewo is one of dozens of locations already selected in the North Atlantic Alliance for test centres (DIANA Test Centres). A new Polish contribution to the programme is the AGH University of Krakow, which together with the Krakow Technology Park will jointly run a branch of the NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator (Krakow DIANA Accelerator).

In cooperation with the Silesian Library and the University of Wrocław the following activities were carried out: the development of the DInGO software package, which resulted in the first implementations of the seventh generation of the dLibra system, characterised by a new layout of the user interface, a new method of searching resources made available in the system and their presentation taking into account the occurrence of search terms in the content of the object.
