SC 2011: Connecting Communities through HPC
Supercomputing Conference will be held from 12th to 18th November 2011 in Seattle, which is the world’s largest meeting for High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage and Analysis. Polish achievements in this field, for the sixth time, will be presented by Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center and the PIONIER Consortium.

SC11 will place an emphasis on bringing together communities to facilitate information exchange, discussions and new collaborations for research and education related to innovating high performance computing applications and advancing scientific discovery and scholarship.

Connecting Communities through HPC. To build a larger, more diverse, knowledgeable and skilled community, SC11 is focusing on innovating HPC applications and advancing scientific discovery for the local, regional, national and global society.

Polish delegation composed of the representatives from Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center and the PIONIER Consortium will present their achievements i.a. the PLATON project – Service Platform for e-Science.
