The studio was traditionally prepared at the PSNC headquaters. During the session, individual participants are connected to operating theatres located in major European ENT centres in Genoa, Barcelona, Marseille, Luxembourg, Ljubljana, Leiden, Essen, London, Hamburg and Poznan.
The clinics, participating in the event, are connected to each other through the medVC remote medical collaboration platform, enabling multi-point audio-video communication in real time. medVC allows multi-stream video transmission from operating cameras, microscopes, endoscopes and other medical devices in High Definition (HD) quality. With this connection, surgeons can be in constant contact with each other, exchanging insights and knowledge.

On 14 March 2024, a new map of test and accelerator areas under the NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) programme was announced. The PSNC AerospaceLab in Kąkolewo is one of dozens of locations already selected in the North Atlantic Alliance for test centres (DIANA Test Centres). A new Polish contribution to the programme is the AGH University of Krakow, which together with the Krakow Technology Park will jointly run a branch of the NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator (Krakow DIANA Accelerator).
