Director of PSNC, dr Cezary Mazurek, appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Wielkopolska Region Future Industry Council

During the meeting inaugurating the activity of the first Regional Future Industry Council in Poland, its presidium was elected. Among the members of the Wielkopolska Region Council are entrepreneurs, scientists, and local government officials. The Director of PSNC, dr Cezary Mazurek was appointed to the position of Vice-Chairman.

The role of the Regional Industry Councils of the Future Industry, which will be established all over Poland, will be to initiate activities supporting the digital transformation of companies, suggesting technological trends and capturing the needs of entrepreneurs in terms of the necessary support. The Wielkopolska Region Council elected its chairman, Tomasz Łodygowski, and his deputy, Cezary Mazurek. Joanna Kucharska, Sławomir Malewski and Michał Wieczorowski also became members of the presidium. In total, the Wielkopolska Region Council will have 19 members.

During the meeting, a panel discussion was also organized, attended, among others, by Krzysztof Mazur, Deputy Minister of Development, and Andrzej Soldaty, President of the Future Industry Platform.

Within each Council there will be working groups which will help to collect valuable information about the market.
