PSNC Seminar: Marek Natkaniec, Ph.D.Eng., Jacek Wszołek, Ph.D.Eng. – “Radio technologies and 5G/6G networks”

We invite you to another PSNC Open Seminar, which will be held on Monday April 11, 2022 at 14:30. Our invited guests – Marek Natkaniec Ph.D.Eng.and Jacek Wszołek Ph.D.Eng. will present the topic of “Radio technologies and 5G/6G networks”. The meeting will be available on the Webex platform.

The seminar will present basic information about 5G networks, both the radio and the backbone part. The requirements for 5G networks and how they are implemented in relation to the 4G-LTE standard will be presented. The latest extensions to IEEE 802.11 local wireless networks will also be discussed as examples of 5G non-3GPP networks. Prospects for the development of 6G networks will be briefly presented.

The meeting will be available via the Webex platform on April, 11 2022 at 14:30.
