StartUp-IT: consultation free of charge
Are you a novice businessman and you need a lawyer’s or patent agent’s advice? This me-eting is for you. Come 16th November for a free of charge consultation.
Free consultations of professional advisers, workshops and seminars organized under Star-tUp-IT were created for students, graduates and people wishing to start their own business. For them – 16th November – free consultations with specialists in the field of law and a patent attorney will be organised.

The first meeting on legal will be issues conducted by Krzysztof Jarosiński and Marcin Błaszyk from 16:30 to 18:30. Everyone who is interested in participating in the meeting, is asked to briefly describe the topic which you would like to discuss (it may also be some specific questions). This will allow better preparation for the interview. Please prepare also a brief information about yourself (student/graduate, current occupation, economic activity).

The second consultations will be simultaneously conducted by patent attorney – Urszula Walas, from 16.30 to 18.30. Similarly to the meeting with lawyers, please prepare a short presentation of your problem. This will allow our specialist to prepare better for the meeting. Please attach a brief information about yourself (student/graduate, current occupation, economic activity).

Participation in consultations is free of charge, the only thing that is required is a prior notification by e-mail at: info@startup-it.pl. Consultations will be held in the PSNC site, ul. Dąbrowskiego 79a, OMEGA building.

Note that from the StartUp-IT can benefit students and graduates who run their own business (no more than about 2 years) or those who have not started yet.

    The Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center (PCSS) and Wielkopolska Agency for Enterprise Development (WARP) signed a letter of intent regarding cooperation in the area of cybersecurity. In its initial phase, the cooperation will feature the dissemination and promotion of information about cybersecurity and the security of ICT systems among entrepreneurs in Wielkopolska (Greater Poland) Voivodeship.

PSNC specialists who participate in the Superheroes 4 Science project created a very special game which combines science and fun! The game is called “Parallel Quest” and it guides its players through the mysteries of supercomputers and parallel programming. Surprisingly enough, that quest is available both as a traditional board game and an online entity which pops up in your regular browser.

    Q-ChronoS: A Mobile Quantum Sensors System in Telecommunication Networks

    “The system of mobile quantum sensors with optical clocks integrated into telecommunication networks (Q-ChronoS)” is a project related to the development of systems of two mobile quantum sensors based on optical atomic clocks and an infrastructure for optical frequency transfer, which will enable their use in various locations in Poland. The project is aimed at a wide range of recipients focused around quantum technologies, geodetics, metrology, physics, radiostrontium and communication.

    Thanks to the Dariah.lab infrastructure, the first pilot projects for the preservation and dissemination of cultural heritage resources have been implemented in 2023. Dariah.lab is a research infrastructure for the humanities and arts, built as part of the DARIAH-PL project. It serves to acquire, store and integrate cultural data from the humanities and social sciences, and to process, visualise and share digital resources.

    WEDROWNIQ – Polish Infrastructure of Satellite Quantum Communication Systems

    Q-ChronoS: A Mobile Quantum Sensors System in Telecommunication Networks

    “The system of mobile quantum sensors with optical clocks integrated into telecommunication networks (Q-ChronoS)” is a project related to the development of systems of two mobile quantum sensors based on optical atomic clocks and an infrastructure for optical frequency transfer, which will enable their use in various locations in Poland. The project is aimed at a wide range of recipients focused around quantum technologies, geodetics, metrology, physics, radiostrontium and communication.

    Europeana Aggregators’ Forum at PSNC
