Digital twin and AI in industry workshops during ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE

A year of challenges for the Polish industry – this is the motto of the second edition of the Industry Next Congress accompanying the ITM Industry Europe – Industry of Digital Age Fair, which will last from May 31 to June 3, 2022. The first day of the event will feature panel discussions, while the second day will be filled with practical workshops. The programme of digital twin and AI in industry workshops is created with the support of Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center – the strategic partner of the event.

ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE is the leading trade fair in this part of Europe that comprehensively presents an international offer in line with the idea of Industry 4.0. For years, the event has been a key meeting place, enabling exchange of technological experiences for innovation leaders. The fair offers its participants a rich program of events.

One of the most interesting meetings is the second edition of the Industry Next Congress, which is a platform for discussing the challenges faced by companies operating in the industrial processing sector in the context of perturbations on the raw materials market. Representatives of development institutions and market experts will also address the topic of relocation of European industry and the related opportunities for Polish companies as well as new export directions in the context of sanctions and the geopolitical situation in Europe.

This year, the Congress will also be accompanied by INDUSTRY NEXT workshops filled with practical presentations and opportunities of using the latest technologies by industrial enterprises. The event, which will take place on June 1, 2022, has been divided into two blocks – the first will be held under the patronage of the Poznan Science and Technology Park, the second – by PSNC. The presentations will include:

  • AR visual digital twin – virtual reconfiguration of workstations in production (Miłosz Ciżnicki),
  • Experimental R&D airport and application possibilities in industrial robotic scenarios (Krzysztof Kurowski),
  • IoT tools and examples of applications (Michał Błaszczak),
