Dr Cezary Mazurek appointed to the Wielkopolska Team for Child and Youth Security

On Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in the Wielkopolska Voivodship Office during the conference “Children and youth online. Functioning and counteracting threats”, the acts of appointment to the Wielkopolska Team for Child and Youth Safety took place. The appointment was also handed to Dr Cezary Mazurek, Director of PSNC.

The conference was held on the occasion of the Safer Internet Day, the celebration of which is to promote activities for safe access to Internet resources, as well as to familiarize teachers, educators and parents with the issues of online security. These activities should include not only promoting positive use of the Internet, but also jointly defining threats and working out solutions to protect young users of new technologies.
