PSNC at the 4th Economic Forum of the Poznan Agglomeration
„Invest in the best” – is the motto of 4th Economic Forum of the Poznań Agglomeration. This year’s conference, which will be held on 6th April 2011, will be devoted to the issue of the future of investments planned in the Poznań agglomeration.

Economic Forum of the Poznań Agglomeration which is already fixed in the calendar of region’s events, contributes to the development of the cooperation and building relationship between businessmen and representatives of local governments.

Traditionally, representatives of local government, scientists and entrepreneurs have been invited to discuss. Deputy Prime Minister Waldemar Pawlak will be the special guest of this year’s event. Professor Jan Węglarz – director of PSNC and President of Wielkopolska ICT Cluster was invited to join the Programme Committee of Economic Forum, whose task is to identify the main directions of development. Professor Jan Węglarz will take part in the discussion panel “Innovative investments – opportunity and challenge for business, science and local government” and will also give a presentation on the Poznan area of ICT innovation.

As in previous editions, this year, all interested parties will be able to follow “live” the course of events during discussion panels thanks to the transmission realized by the PSNC Team of Education and eLearning Systems. The transmission will be carried out using three cameras, the signal will be made available as a video streaming at two data rates: 2 Mbit /s (960×540 pixels) and 0.9 Mbit /s (640×360 pixels).
