PSNC co-organizes the PPAM 2022 Conference

Scientists and representatives of leading IT companies from Poland and the world met in Gdansk at the international conference PPAM 2022 (PARALLEL PROCESSING AND APPLIED MATHEMATICS). The four-day event (September 11-14) was co-organized by PSNC.

It is one of the most important European scientific conferences in the field of parallel and distributed processing and the application of mathematical and computer methods. This year’s 14th edition of the event was organised by the Czestochowa University of Technology and the University of Gdansk. The conference included a series of meetings, lectures and workshops.

One of the events was devoted to quantum computing (Workshop on Quantum Computing and Communication) and was led by Krzysztof Kurowski, Ph.D. – Deputy Director of PSNC (CTO) and Piotr Rydlichowski from PSNC’s Network and Service Infrastructure Department.
