Researchers’ Night 2021 is coming

This Friday, on September 24, we invite you to the 15th edition of the Researchers’ Night. Just as during last year’s event, a special online studio will host scientists from Poznan universities and research institutes. There will be competitions, games and curiosities for everyone: kids, pupils and families.

“Hope in science” – this is the motto of this year’s event. The subject matter is not accidental; scientists want children and young people to pay attention to the problems that our planet must face. Through meetings, lectures, video materials and jfun activities, the researchers will try to get participants to look at science as a source of strength, opportunities and hope for the future.

This year, thanks to a special on-line studio, the participants will be able to visit the Poznan University of Technology, the University of Adam Mickiewicz, University of Life Sciences, Academy of Physical Education, University of Economics, as well as the Institute of Human Genetics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Molecular Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

What attractions has PSNC prepared together with the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences? We will have a look at the Altair supercomputer, visit the school of the future at PSNC Future Labs, check how new technologies are used to cooperate with the world of art, but also see which robots and drones are being used as part of projects developed at PSNC.
