8K stream at Ars Electronica 2021
This year’s Ars Electronica festival takes place from September 8-12, 2021. PSNC will present an 8K streaming presentation from the European Rover Challenge 2021 event in Kielce to Deep Space 8K in Linz.

The presentation, entitled “8K Stream from Immersive Multimedia Labs at PSNC,” will take place on Sunday, September 12, at 1 p.m., in partnership with Spin Digital Video Technologies GmbH and Ars Electronica Futurelab. PSNC, which is also an Honorary Partner of ERC2021, will conduct streaming in 8K resolution (7,680 x 4,320 pixels) from the European Rover Challenge space event, simultaneously broadcasted from September 10-12. Participants of the demonstration will have the opportunity to take part in presentations related to the commercialization of flights to the Moon and Mars, the use of space technologies and remotely see the world’s largest active Martian volcano located in Kielce, Poland.

The event at Ars Electronica will also include a Q&A session and presentation of ESERO activities. Maciej Glowiak, Head of New Media Department will represent PSNC during the presentation.
