A year of challenges for Polish industry – this is the motto of the second edition of the Industry Next Congress accompanying the ITM Industry Europe – Digital Era Industry Fair, which will last from May 31 to June 3, 2022. The first day of the event will feature panel discussions, while the second day will be filled with practical workshops. The programme of digital twin and AI in industry workshops is created with the support of Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center – the strategic partner of the event.

The conference will be held on May 25, 2022 at the Poznan International Fair. This is the third edition of Smart City Wielkopolska – a platform for the exchange of experiences, good practices and innovative solutions for cities. The event will be accompanied by Smart Space – a place for exhibitors, where projects implemented within the AeroSpace Lab will be presented.

Data Week 2022 is a gathering of the of the European Big Data and Data-Driven AI research and innovation community. The event, organised by the EUhubs4Data project and the Big Data Value Association (BDVA), will run from May 24 to June 9, 2022. One of the co-organisers of the event is the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center, and among the invited speakers is the Director of the Data Processing Technologies Division – Norbert Meyer, PhD.

The Cognitive Engineering Working Group, operating as a research club at the AMU Faculty of Psychology and Cognitive Science and the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center are pleased to anoounce a technical workshop on virtual avatars on May 29, 2022. The event will be held as part of the Poznan Cognitive Forum.

The ICT in Education Congress is a meeting for school principals and representatives of public administration units responsible for the organisation of education. During the two days of the Congress (May 19-20), the most important issues concerning the changes in Polish education will be raised. Numerous workshops will be held during the event, one of which will be conducted by Zbigniew Karwasiński from the PSNC Innovative Education Laboratory.

Recruitment for Drone Power Hakaton Plus, a platform for cooperation between young innovators and experienced experts, professionals and business, has started. The event is organised on June 2 and 3, 2022 by Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center and Poznan International Fair with the support of Poznan University of Technology. The aim of the cyclical event is to solve real technological and business problems of Polish companies.

Impact’22 is the most prestigious economic and technological event in Central and Eastern Europe, attended by top managers of the biggest global companies, politicians, prominent scientists and world-class experts. One of the partners of the event, taking place on May 11 and 12 at Poznan Congress Center, is PSNC.

We invite you to the next PSNC Open Seminar, which will be held on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 2:30 pm. The speaker will be Dr Rafał Pudełko from the Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation State Research Institute. The Seminar will be held in a hybrid form and will be available online on the Webex platform.

On April 24, 2022 at the Military Museum of Wielkopolska in Poznan, on the occasion of the Regiment’s Day, the premiere presentation of the interactive educational application “Children of Poznan. History of the 15th Poznan Uhlans Regiment”. The project was co-financed by the NIEPODLEGLA Multiannual Programme for 2017-2022. One of the project partners is PSNC.

This coming Monday – April 25, 2022 we invite you to the 11th PSNC Open Seminar. The guest speaker will be Dr Edouard Audit (CEA -Commissariat à l’energie atomique et aux énergies, France), who will present the topic “EoCoE II Competence Center – Toward exascale for Energy”. The event will be available online.

“Our digital footprint. Society, technology, future, education” is the slogan of this year’s Conference of School Computer Network Administrators – K@SSK, which will be held on April 22-23, 2022 in Nowy Tomysl, Poland. PSNC is one of the strategic partners of the event, and the workshops that will accompany the conference will be conducted by trainers from PSNC Innovative Education Laboratory.

The 16th “Gastro News 2022” Conference is a nationwide, two-day (8-9.04.2022) scientific and educational meeting, organized in the form of lectures and discussions, in the formula of a hybrid meeting. The event will also be broadcast online in cooperation with PSNC and the medVC platform.
